We’re looking for a customer service professional to deliver exceptional support for our retail customers. In this role, you’ll interact with customers through phone, email, live-chat, and will be utilizing platforms like HubSpot, Shopify, and Amazon. You’ll become a product expert on Redmond offerings and support our customers in their journey with our products. You will also advocate for customer needs and play an active role in continually improving the customer experience. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday hybrid position based in Heber City. The shift hours are 8am-4pm. You’ll be in office connecting with the team Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work from home Monday and Friday.
-Engage with customers by phone, creating a welcoming experience. Passion for connecting with customers over the phone is a big part of this role.
-Manage and respond to support tickets with clarity and professionalism. Proficiency in written communication is required.
-Collaborate with our team to turn customer insights into effective solutions. Curiosity and occhiolism in working in a team setting is essential.
